This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a wreath and a sun with rays in the center - a pretty unique design. The words on the back are "Qing Conquest Commemoration" suggesting this is either the Sino Japanese War cup, or (less likely) a Boxer Rebellion cup. The words in the center on the back are "Hazu township Drafted Soldier Reward Voluntary Association". Hazu is a town near the city of Nagoya. 

Condition: Excellent - a very small chip of the paint in the base
