This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a nicely detailed picture of a few navy ships with an anchor on the mountain - the Japanese do these fire displays on mountains for festivals. On the back are the words "Fleet Review Commemoration" "Hyogo Prefecture" and "Showa 5th Year October". This was one of the largest fleet reviews ever in IJN's history, with 165 ships participating and Kirishima serving as the imperial vessel. The cup is made of silver.
