This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a helmet, a horse's head, and the words "China Incident Victorious Return Commemoration". The exterior of the cup is in the shape of a helmet with shells as the base and the words "Loyalty" and "Bravery" embossed on it. The horse's head suggests this is for a transport or cavalry soldier.
