This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a picture of a Chinese city gate, planes flying overhead with a flag, and the words "Victorious Return Commemoration". The exterior of the cup is in the shape of a helmet with three shells as the base, and the words "Loyalty and Bravery" embossed on it.
