This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a biplane flying in the clouds, and the words "Kwantung army 10th Flying Battalion" "Victorious Return Commemoration". This would be a pretty early cup for a flying unit as it's still flying battalions before they turned into regiments. The soldier's name Yamaguchi is on the back.
