This is an antique Japanese military sake bottle, decorated with a cherry blossom with the characters for "loyalty and bravery" carved onto the bottle, plus on the back is a quote from a poem written by the Meiji emperor about loyalty and bravery. There's a maker's mark at the bottom. The bottle is quite unique shaped and decorated with a deliberate brushed glaze look - I believe this is Shino ware of some type, which is unusual for military themed bottles.
