This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a helmet, a pair of flags, one of which is the Republic of China flag, and some cherry blossoms. The words are "China Incident Return Commemoration". The exterior of the cup is in the shape of a helmet with five cherry blossom petals and the words "Patriotism" embossed on the sides.
