This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a flag, some cherry blossoms, and the words "51st Infantry Regiment 6 Weeks Callup Leaving the Service Commemoration". This would be for reservists getting called for duty for special reasons. The soldier's name Kusafuka is on the back.
