This is an antique Japanese military sake bottle, decorated with a few telegraph lines, a flag, and some cherry blossoms, with the words "Leaving the service commemoration" on top. The words on the back are "10th Division Wireless Communication School" - probably a unit set to teach soldiers how to use the new wireless sets.
