This is an antique Japanese military sake bottle, decorated with the three Nikudan soldiers who sacrificed themselves carrying explosives towards the Chinese defense line in the Battle of Shanghai in 1931. They were lionized after death and a lot of press was generated around it as well as a number of items. The words on the back of the bottle are "Term Fulfillment Commemoration" and the soldier's name Murakami. The soldiers can be seen carrying a bomb with a fire at the tip and you can see the fences that represent the enemy lines.
