This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a star and a wreath, with the words "Commemoration". The words on the back of the cup are "Gift to Mr. Tatsubashi" and "Captain Hashimoto" with the date "Taisho 15th year (1926) November 23rd". Captain Hashimoto would've been the guy who gifted the cup. There's also a maker's mark in the center of the cup and it's made of pewter.
