Antique Japanese Military 1933 Naval Review Imperial Bestowed Pewter Sake Bottle
This is an antique Japanese military pewter sake bottle, decorated with a floral pattern on the side with a removable lid. The words under the bottle are "Showa 8th Year Naval Exercise Fleet Review Imperial Bestowal" - this is probably an item given to officers who participated in the naval review for the emperor (soldiers wouldn't get a valuable item like pewter - only a lacquer cup or something of that sort).
Condition: Excellent - very light surface wear
Size: 4" tall x 2.5" at the widest
