This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with an anchor, a propeller, and a flag, with a poem on top. The words are "Navy Term Fulfillment Commemoration". The propeller means this sailor was working in the propulsion area of the ship. The sailor's name Kobayashi is on the back.
