This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a helmet, a flag, and cherry blossom. The words are "Leaving the service commemoration". The exterior of the cup is in the shape of a helmet with five cherry blossom petals as the base, and the words "Patriotism" on the sides. The soldier's name Katai is under the cherry blossom.
