This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a helmet, a Chinese city gate, and a flag. The words are "Victorious Return Commemoration". The exterior of the cup is in the shape of a helmet with an anchor as the base, suggesting this is a navy, probably SNLF cup. The sailor's name Ueda is on the back as well.
