This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a map of North China, including the Shandong peninsula, Liaodong Peninsula, and Shanghai in the bottom left, connected by railroads. There's an insignia for the naval engineer on top. The words are "9th Engineer" "Discharge Commemoration". 

Condition: Excellent - some fading of the words "discharge"
