This is an antique Japanese military army sake cup, decorated with a hand drawn field cannon, a pair of flags, and the words "Field Combat Artillery". The words inside the shells are "Corporal" and the soldier's name Okuhara. This is probably the same guy who also got the Golden Kite award.
