This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a helmet, a pair of cherry blossoms, and a flag. The words are "China Incident Commemoration" "Heavy Artillery Commemoration" and the soldier's name Oi. 

Condition: Excellent - slight fading of the paint
