This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a pair of cherry blossoms and a insignia of the railroad defense unit. The words are "Manchuria Garrison Dispatch Commemoration" "Independent Defense Unit" and "15th Infantry Battalion". The soldier's name Yamane is on the back.
