This is an antique Japanese military sake bottle, decorated with a pair of flags, one for Manchukuo and one for signal units, and a telegraph pole. There's also a battery insignia of the signal unit, plus some cherry blossoms. There's a branch of embossed cherry blossoms as well and the words on the back are "Manchuria Victorious Return Signal Unit".
