This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a map of the southern part of Manchukuo. The cities on the map include places like Changchun, Mukden, and Pyongyang. The words are "Manchurian Incident Victorious Return Commemoration" and "4th Infantry" with the soldier's name Furuyama. The exterior of the cup is in the shape of a helmet with a plane as the base. Note that the star is painted on and not embossed.
