This is quite an interesting item - it's a cigarette roller, decorated with some mother of pearl inlaid flowers. The roller part is made of some kind of metal. The base is made of lacquered wood, with the words "Discharge Commemoration" and the soldier's name Meishidai. The sticker on the inside of the tray says "Roller type tobacco box".

Condition: Obvious signs of use - worn edges and corners, and some scratches on the bottom of the tray

Size: 5" long, 4" wide, and about 3.5" tall
