This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a bunch of cherry blossoms, a banner with the words "Victorious Return Commemoration" and on top "32nd Infantry Regiment" and the soldier's name Narizawa underneath. 

Condition: Excellent - light surface wear
