This is an antique Japanese army sake cup, decorated with a helmet, a pair of flags, one of which is the flag of Manchukuo, and the words "Manchuria Dispatch Victorious Return Commemoration" "33rd Infantry". The back of the cup has a nice embossed pattern with an embossed cherry blossom as the base.
