Japanese Book Heitaipai on Military Sake Cups by Kato Mutsuki
This is the only book in Japanese on the subject - written by Diet member Kato Mutsuki, who was an influential member of the Japanese lower house from the Liberal Democratic Party and who was a cadet officer in the army air corps at the end of the WW2 (if he got trained a little earlier he might've ended up a kamikaze pilot). The book is about 200 pages and is long out of print.
