This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a pair of flags, one of which is the flag of Manchukuo. The words on the cup are "Manchurian Empire" "Enthronement Commemoration". This is a 1934 establishment of Manchukuo commemorative cup, which is pretty rare.

Condition: Excellent - the pewter is quite soft so there's a bit of bending along the edge
