This is a cup from a collection of cups from one single sailor on the battleship Mikasa, famous for being the flagship of Admiral Togo in the Battle of Tsushima. The cup is decorated with an anchor, flag, and cherry blossom, with the words "Congratulations on Term Fulfillment" "Gift to Mr. Yoneyama Kei". On the back are the words "Warship Mikasa Northern Echigo Comrades Association" - probably for those who served on the ship from the region to gather.
