This is a very rare antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a highly detailed, hand painted picture of what looks to be the Mikasa, Togo's flagship at Tsushima. The words are "Navy Term Fulfillment Commemoration" and there's a shadow of the Mount Fuji in the back.
