Very Rare Antique Japanese Military Contributed Tank Commemoration Paper Weight
This is an antique Japanese military commemorative paper weight, decorated with a picture of a tank - looks like a variant of the Type 95 Ha-Go light tank, and on the side are the words "Aikoku 30". Aikoku means "patriotism" and is the name of tanks built using funds donated by the public - in this case it was by the Toho Electric Company, which was an electricity generation company that existed until it was nationalized in 1942. The 30 means it was #30 of the contributed tanks. The picture seems to be adhered on the back and the weight itself is glass, I believe.
Condition: Excellent - minor wear on the back
Size: 3.5" x 2.5"
