This is an antique Japanese glass commemorative dish, decorated with embossed flags of the three countries in the alliance formed in 1940 that would come to define the Second World War. The glass is blue in colour, and the embossed pattern is on the base (you can feel the embossed pattern under the dish, not above). I'm not sure exactly what this is - a kind of dessert dish, maybe? Anything commemorating this alliance is, as far as I'm aware, quite rare.

Condition: Mint. There are small air bubbles in the glass.
