This is an antique Japanese sake cup, decorated with a kiri and a pair of chrysanthemums, both symbols of the imperial house, and on the right is I think the takamikura used for the enthronement ceremony. The words are "Imperial Enthronement Commemoration". It's not clear if this is the Taisho or the Showa one.
