I'm not sure what this is - it's an antique Japanese sake cup with the phrase "The Memory D. From S." and with the name R. Takane. By the style and shape it looks to be an older cup. The flag in the middle seems to be the naval ensign - a sun rays cup with an off center sun. But.... I'm not really sure what this.
