This is an antique Japanese army sake cup, decorated with a helmet, a rifle with a bayonet, and a flag attached to it. The flag has the slogans "Long martial life" "Unmatched Imperial Army" "Great Victory" etc on the flag. The words on the top left are "Victorious Return Commemoration". There's a name on the back but it's somewhat faded
