Antique Japanese Military 1895 Sino Japanese War Battle of Niuzhuang Dish
This is an antique Japanese military commemorative dish, decorated with a detailed scene of the capture of the city of Niuzhuang. In the foreground are two officers looking at the action, and in the distance is the city itself falling to Japanese troops assaulting the walls - the Qing dragon flags were still flying but the troops are entering the city.
Condition: There's one short hairline at around 2 o'clock, you can see it in the closeup. It's fairly unobstrusive
