Antique Japanese Military 1895 Sino Japanese War Veteran Lacquer Sake Cup
This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a double cherry blossom in the center, and the words "War Veterans Victorious Return Commemoration" "Meiji 27/28th Years (1895-6)" and on the back "Minamiuonuma Township Oyori Village Reward Soldiers Association". The cup comes with a wooden box with a label for the shop with branches in Tokyo and Wakamatsu.
