This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with an anchor, a cherry blossom branch, and the words "Congratulate Navy Mr. Yamada Umekichi on Term Fulfillment". The words on the back are "Meiji 41st year (1908) January 30th" and the gifter's name Suzuki.
