This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a wreath with two kinds of leaves, and an anchor in the middle with a star on top. The words are "War Commemoration" "Taisho 8th Year (1919) October" and in the center "Chita Township Shobukai". This cup refers to Japan's involvement in Russia after the October Revolution when a number of nations sent troops trying to fight the Communists.
