This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a biplane flying over Mount Fuji, and a cherry blossom tree on the right. The words are "2nd Air Battalion" "Discharge Commemoration". The soldier's name Sugiyama is on the back. Air battalion suggests this is a very early cup - they were upgraded to regiments not long after.

Condition: Excellent - light fading of the gold
