This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a battleship profile with a new pagoda mast, a flag, and an anchor. The words are "Term Fulfillment Commemoration" and the sailor's name Chichiiwa. The exterior of the cup is in the shape of a helmet with an anchor in the base.
