This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a ship in the center inside a lifebelt, with a flag on the side and an anchor. The words are "Navy Term Fulfillment Commemoration". The exterior of the cup is in the shape of a helmet with an anchor as the base, and the sailor's name Saiki is under the anchor.
