This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a picture of waves, an anchor, and a cherry blossom. The words are "Navy Term Fulfillment Commemoration". The exterior of the cup is in the shape of a helmet with an anchor as the base. The sailor's name Namai is also on the back.
