This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with an anchor, a flag, and some cherry blossoms. On the back are the words "Gift to Mr. Nishi" and the gifter's name Wakamatsu in the middle. I got this cup with the other two for Mr. Nishio - it is possible that it's for the same person, but shortened to Nishi for some reason.
