This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a naval insignia in the center. The cup is made of pewter, with the mark on the back being "Pure tin", although the colour and texture of the metal suggests this is pewter, which is a mix of tin and lead.

Condition: There's some surface wear and the cup is not 100% circular as the metal is soft
