This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with an anchor and cherry blossom shape, inside of which is a profile of a battleship - looks most like the Nagato class, which served as the flagship of the combined fleet for years. The words are "Term Fulfillment Commemoration" and the sailor's name Yashiki is on the back.
