This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with two cavalry soldiers with swords in hand. The picture is topped by a pair of crossed flags and a chrysanthemum. The words around the circle in the middle are "Japanese Empire Banzai" and underneath "Congratulations on Victory". 

Condition: Excellent - light fading of the colors
