This is an antique Japanese military dish, decorated with a chrysanthemum pattern with the words "Army Navy Banzai" written on it. The characters for army and navy alternate - so one has army first and one has navy first, very neutral.

Condition: Mint. The words are naturally smudged as it's underglaze
