This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a kiri, a chrysanthemum, and the words "Transport 3rd Battalion" and "Discharge Commemoration". The soldier's name Hagisu is on the back. The back of the cup has a five-sided shape - it's meant to evoke a cherry blossom.
