This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a map of East Asia - with Japan, Taiwan, and Korea in red, and Manchukuo in green, and China in Yellow. There's a Japanese flag on top, suggesting that Japan is in control of all these places. The words are "China Incident Commemoration". This map configuration is quite unusual compared to the normal ones with Chinese cities.
