This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with an anchor, a flag, and some cherry blossoms. The words are "Navy Term Fulfillment Commemoration". The exterior of the cup has an anchor as the base and a cherry blossom on the front. The sailor's name Ozaki is on the exterior as well.
