This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a helmet, a katana, and some cherry blossoms, with the big words "Spirit of Yamato" and the smaller words "China Incident Commemoration". Yamato refers to the ancient name of Japan - so this is sort of like saying "The Spirit of Japan". The exterior of the cup has a number of embossed battle scenes - soldiers on horses, a field gun aiming at a target, and some soldiers charging.

Condition: Excellent - light fading of the red paint in the center
